Double occupancy means there will be two people in the room. Accommodations for double occupancy typically feature two queen beds. If you book double occupancy but are traveling solo, we will assign you a roommate for the trip. All listed prices on our website are per person, regardless of whether there is one or two travelers in the room. Couples must each book double

• All payments toward TravelByAm products or services are non-refundable.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by TravelByAm in writing.
• Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase trip cancellation insurance. This is the only way to receive reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses in case of cancellations.
• If a 2024 trip is canceled by TravelByAm, travelers may choose a 100% refund (details in Section 6A of our booking terms).
• TravelByAm is not responsible for incidental expenses or losses related to visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, or other costs.
• Comprehensive Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) insurance is highly recommended and must be purchased within 10 days of booking. Note: CFAR insurance may only be available to U.S. and Canadian citizens.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the deposit date will be refunded. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to the refund policy outlined above.

Yes, you can cancel your spot if you no longer wish to join. Please review the refund policy above to determine your eligibility for a refund. If your trip was paid in full, email us at info@travelbyam.com.
